Perfect watch for me. Good size, not too complicated, lightweight, good choice of watch faces, and the battery lasts forever.

I'm really pleased with my new watch. It has a nice big screen and really good features. I love that I can select a workout specifically to what I need there's even Zumba on it. It does everything I need it to and more.

I've been using the watch for a few days now and I am impressed. The sleep tracker is useful as it breaks down how many hours of deep sleep and light sleep I've had. The watch is also stylish which I can wear it with any outfit.

If you are looking for an affordable smartwatch at a reasonable price this is the perfect product. I especially like the wide range of activities available for tracking my workouts. An easy watch to use suitable for any age. The set up was quick and easy with the app easy to navigate. I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this watch.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago thought I had a problem but realised when home it was operator error (me).Great watch receiving and making calls is easy with reasonable volume. Comfortable to wear with good features - It notifies me when I have a text message E-mail and from my other social media accounts. Even tells me if I have been inactive for too long. One thing to mention is make sure to connect the charger cable the right way round. Other than that I'm having a great time with it and I'm a pensioner just.

Recently bought on Jet2 flight. The features are great but the battery life seems to be very poor. Did not last even 24 hours!

Nice looking smart watch. Easy setup and works as described. Comfortable to wear. I like the quick menu and quick toggles.

Recieved my R23 as a replacement upgrade delighted with it and all its features HOWEVER the absolute best part of getting the watch was my experience with the Custom Service Team...without doubt the most genuine and professional after sales service I have ever experienced and having worked in retail myself that's saying something !! ..most other Companies need to follow their example 👏👏👏

I bought this watch a couple of weeks ago onboard an easyjet flight. I am totally satisfied of the smartwatch: many functions very practical long-lasting battery. Very reliable product

Very disappointed with the strap as the pins on the existing strap is a quick release. There were no new pins with the new strapso therefore it cannot be used

For the price of the watch it is absolutely worth it. I got one in October it has been working fine. Battery last for 5days. Depending on what apps you activate. The nob had an issue and I contacted the company. I sent off the one I had for repair and a brand new one was sent back to me.. I mean that's great customer service..

I bought this for my dad as a present. Has been a great support in getting him outdoors and active again. He has also used it in the swimming pool. Although there seems some issues with it loosing connection to his phone and the short screen opej time I am thinking of buying as I need a watch I can surf with and it tracks so many sports activities.

The Series 23 is a remarkable upgrade of the Series 15 I had. It seems larger and more robust. It now allows you to park underused apps in the background and focus on the six most favour. It is now genuinely 'swimmable' given a waterproofing upgrade. Its battery life seems longe. It has a Siri 'voice assistant' facility. You can vary the strength of the vibration alert and the phone volume seems higher. I add a few minor criticisms for authenticity - the pairing of watch and phone seems to 'drop out' inexplicably if only occasionally (though that may be my ancient iPhone 8 not the watch!); the choice of watch faces is quite extraordinary but more for 'children' and novelty than grown-up practicality and lastly adjusting the 'lit' time of the display is awkward - (it's called 'Sleep' in 'Display'). Overall recommended? Yes absolutely and strongly especially for the price.
