Battery life seems solid for regular use. Totally needs a metal strap option for this model. interface in app and watch can feel a little clunky if you are used to other brands but you soon pick up on it. Definitely needs more watch faces..in fact reflex active, if you are reading this, throw out a windows app to let you build your own and upload them via the app and then your community can increase your watch face library. Alternatively get it working with the facer app which allows conversion between all the major brands.

Great watch - Would be handy to have length / laps / distance counter for swimming / water sports which is on my wife's much cheaper Huawei smart watch.
Ignore the reviews about the watch face customisation, the app lets you upload your own photos, and has an array of presaved faces in addition to the preloaded ones to upload
Got it for swimming yet to try it out in the pool,
But the watch and its features are amazing going to wear as a daily watch for work etc.

Great watch love it as swimming is my main for of exercise and it's great for keeping a check on heart and calories used. Generally a good alrounder
Pros: you can call from your watch and the sleep tracking is more accurate than other models. Also, if it's raining, you're not worried about the watch like others.
Cons: the charger is SO flimsy and doesn't stay on so it seldom charges, the watch faces are limited and you can't personalise them like other models in the reflex range. The bluetooth connection is lost ALOT.
Personally, would not recommend this version (have had more success with cheaper, more basic models of reflex active in the past) but perhaps if it's being used for high active sports tracking, it could be a fantastic watch 🤷♀️
What I dislike about the product is that the charger doesn't stay on; it's flimsy, plus the faces are limited. I am sending the watch back.
