It is very good

Lost the original charger which came with the watch. The replacement works well and was quickly delivered. Bought 2 as the 2nd one was 1/2 price.

Very happy with this It seems really efficient, more than the original one. The only problem was that we were both at home, and answered the door, but the delivery person didn't come in, so it was a day later. Still very happy with it.

Having misplaced the original cable that came with the product, I set apart obtaining a replacement and purchased a cheap one from Amazon. However there seems to be in intermittent contact/connection issue with that one so bought a genuine one from Reflex Active. The magnets that maintain the connection to the watch aren’t as powerful as on the original though, which has since turned up, so I’ve now got three charge cables! In my opinion the original is the pick of the three.

Although I have rated this product a 4 star it wasn't the right charger for my watch. However I spoke to customer services who were so helpful I have never experienced this level of service before.
I have now returned the charger and await for the replacement.

I had lost the original charger but had no idea which replacement to chose from. Staff identified the one I needed and it was almost half the price of other non branded ones on line. The replacement came within 2 days and received a lovely Reflex bag free which all the grandchildren are claiming

I lost my charger while moving. Having chronic illness it’s important I have my RA watch. The charger is great and plugs nicely at the back of my Mac for easy charging.

Perfect replacement charger. I foolishly lost mine, even though I haven’t had my watch that long, so went on your website to order a replacement. Always buy original chargers, not copies on certain websites. It was easy to order. Delivery was quick, and I can now wear my watch again.
