Good looking watch

I am reasonably happy with this watch but I can't understand why the watch face keeps changing. I find this very annoying. Can you please advise how I can stop this happening.

Fab it's a bit fiddly at first and the instructions are very skimpy, I had to ask my friend who's a Computer buff to sort it out for me that took a while.
I'm very pleased now.
